The Z275 Galvanized Coil Sheet carries a true 275 g/m2 zinc coating on both surfaces, the heaviest standard coating weight in the hot-dip galvanized range. Manufactured by Shandong Jingwei Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. on continuous galvanizing lines, every coil is coated, cooled and skin-passed to deliver uniform thickness and a defect-free surface.

Because the zinc layer acts as a sacrificial anode, the steel substrate stays protected even where the coating is scratched or sheared. This is why Z275 material is the first choice for roofing, wall cladding and outdoor structures that face humidity, salt and industrial atmospheres for decades.
