Anti Rust Oiled Galvanized Coil Sheet 1.5mm Sea Transit Drawing Grade Protection

Long ocean voyages expose steel to heat, humidity and condensation. The Anti Rust Oiled Galvanized Coil Sheet adds a controlled oil film over the zinc coating so the surface stays free of white rust from the mill all the way to the customer's yard.

Supplied by Shandong Jingwei Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the coil is oiled in light, medium or heavy grades to match the voyage length and storage conditions. The same film lubricates the surface during stamping and roll forming, reducing friction and improving part quality.

Oiled galvanized coil is preferred for export shipments that spend weeks at sea, and for buyers who store coils in humid or coastal warehouses. It is common in roofing, ducting, appliance housings and general fabrication supply chains.

Because the oil doubles as a forming lubricant, stampers and roll formers use it for drawn panels, profiles and trim where smooth surfaces matter. The protective film keeps stock usable even after extended storage.

Coils are oiled to the selected grade, then wrapped in plastic film and waterproof paper, secured with steel strapping and oriented eye to sky or eye to wall. Desiccant can be sealed inside the wrap for long voyages.
