Duct and tray fabrication lives and dies by clean, tight bends. The Soft Temper Bendable Galvanized Coil Sheet is annealed to a soft temper with 32 percent minimum elongation, so it folds and rolls into tight radii without cracking or orange peel.

Soft temper galvanized coil is designed for HVAC. It is roll-formed and brake-folded into rectangular and spiral ducting, plenums, transitions and fittings, where tight bends and a clean finish are essential.

Coils are lightly oiled, wrapped in plastic film and moisture-barrier paper, steel-strapped and shipped eye to sky or eye to wall. Each coil is labelled with grade, size and heat number for easy identification.
