Color Coated Steel Coil
>
This prepainted colour coated steel coil starts from a continuous hot dip galvanized substrate carrying a zinc coating mass adjustable between Z60 and Z275 g/m2, then receives a two coat two bake organic finish on a continuous painting line. Roofing producers running coastal warehouses, agricultural sheds and residential estate roofing normally specify the heavier end of the range, because every additional gram of zinc buys measurable service life before red rust appears at cut edges and fastener holes. The coil is supplied in thicknesses from 0.20 mm to 1.00 mm and in widths from 700 mm to 1250 mm, so a single purchase order can feed a complete roofing profile programme without re tooling, and the zinc class can be documented coil by coil for tender submission.

Roofing and wall cladding dominate the application of this coil. Corrugated and trapezoidal profiles, standing seam panels, ridge caps and flashings all come from the same heat of steel, which keeps colour consistent across a finished roof. Agricultural buildings, factory sheds, warehouse roofing and residential estate roofing are the highest volume outlets, while the heavier zinc classes extend the product into coastal and industrial atmospheres where salt spray and sulphur dioxide accelerate attack. Panel fabricators also use the same coil for purlins, gutter sections and rainwater goods, where a painted galvanized surface replaces post painting of the finished component entirely.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceCoils are wrapped with waterproof paper interleaf, fitted with fibreboard edge protectors and strapped on wooden skids for container loading. Each coil carries a label showing heat number, zinc mass, coating thickness, size and net weight. Standard packing suits 20 foot and 40 foot containers in eye to sky orientation, and eye to wall loading is available on request. Mill test certificates, coating mass reports and a dimensional inspection sheet travel with every shipment, and a retained sample length from each lot is kept for twelve months so any claim can be traced to the producing coil.
