Color Coated Steel Coil
>
Polyester coating remains the most economical route to a durable painted finish, and this PE polyester coated prepainted steel coil is positioned for appliance panels and interior components where appearance and cost both matter. The polyester film cures to a hard, flexible surface with good colour stability for indoor and sheltered outdoor use, and it accepts bending and punching without cracking at the tool radius. Thickness from 0.30 mm to 0.80 mm suits typical appliance gauges, and the galvanized substrate provides corrosion resistance at cut edges that cold rolled painted steel cannot match, which matters on washing machine and refrigerator panels exposed to moisture over a long service life.

Appliance panels are the primary outlet: refrigerator side panels, washing machine cabinets, air conditioner outdoor unit casings, microwave housings and water heater shells. The same coil serves office furniture, shelving, storage cabinets, electrical enclosures and interior partition panels, plus light duty roller shutters and shelving for retail display. Because the material is formed after coating, fabricators can punch, bend and fasten without a second painting step, which shortens production time and removes a source of solvent emissions from the factory. Distributors in appliance manufacturing regions typically carry white, light grey and stainless imitating silver as standard stock shades in this specification.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceCoils are supplied with waterproof paper interleaf, plastic film, fibreboard edge protectors and steel strapping on wooden skids. Each coil label records coating system, colour reference, film thickness, substrate zinc mass and net weight, so the production line can verify the material against the drawing before it is uncoiled. Adhesion, hardness, gloss and bending test results are reported with the mill certificate, and migration test reports are available for food contact applications. Retained samples from each batch are kept for twelve months, and cut lengths or narrow slit coils can be prepared for customers who supply panels directly to appliance assembly plants.
