DX51D+Z Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil 0.11-1.20mm Thickness 700-1250mm Width for Building Panels

DX51D plus Z is the workhorse grade behind most painted galvanized coil sold into forming applications, and this prepainted galvanized steel coil is built on that substrate with a fully controlled zinc layer and a two coat paint system. The grade is a commercial quality drawing and forming steel with low carbon and controlled manganese, which gives predictable elongation for profiling, bending and lock forming. Coil thickness spans 0.11 mm to 1.20 mm and width 700 mm to 1250 mm, covering the material envelope of roof and wall panel machines, duct forming lines and general sheet metal fabrication, with the substrate chemistry and mechanical values stated on the mill certificate for each heat.

DX51D plus Z based colour coil is used across roofing and wall cladding, HVAC ducting and casing, appliance side panels, shelving and racking, office furniture, garage doors and light structural sections. Fabricators working with lock forming machines rely on the grade because it flanges and seams without edge cracking, while appliance producers value the flat, paint ready surface. Standard export packing is waterproof paper interleaf, plastic film wrap, fibreboard edge protection and steel strapping on a wooden skid. Coils are loaded eye to sky for 20 and 40 foot containers, and eye to wall packing is available for heavier coils. Each coil label states grade, heat number, size, coating mass, paint build and net weight. The mill test certificate covers chemistry, tensile and yield strength, elongation and zinc mass, and a paint system report covers thickness, adhesion and hardness. Retained samples are stored for one year to support any later quality discussion.
