Color Coated Steel Coil
>
Colour is usually the first thing a distributor is asked about and the last thing a paint line gets right. This RAL custom colour prepainted galvanized coil is produced against a supplied colour chip, a RAL number or a Pantone reference, and the match is verified on a spectrophotometer before the batch is released. Beyond solid colours, the line prints wood grain, stone, camouflage, matte and high gloss patterns through a gravure roller, which lets a steel facade imitate timber cladding or natural stone at a fraction of the maintenance cost. Thickness runs from 0.20 mm to 1.20 mm in widths up to 1250 mm, and small custom batches are accepted because colour flexibility is the whole point of the product.

The product is used wherever the paint film carries the visual message. Residential roofing, villa wall cladding, shopping centre facades, hotel canopies and modular housing panels are the main outlets, and wood grain finishes are widely chosen for barn style and garden buildings where local planning rules require a timber appearance. Interior applications include suspended ceiling panels, partition skins, roller shutter doors and appliance housings where a decorative surface must also resist cleaning chemicals. Export distributors frequently stock three or four RAL shades plus one wood grain pattern, which covers most retail demand without tying up capital in slow moving colours.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceEach colour batch is packed separately and labelled with the colour reference, batch number, coating build and coil weight, so the warehouse can keep shades apart without opening the wrap. Coils are protected by waterproof paper, plastic film and fibreboard edge rings, then strapped to wooden skids. For patterned material we include a one metre sample from the head and tail of the batch so the customer can verify pattern alignment before uncoiling. Colour retention data, adhesion test results and pencil hardness values are supplied with the shipping documents, and approved colour chips are archived for three years to support repeat orders.
